HarborOne Bank

RBK served as Agency of Record for HarborOne Bank, a leading banking institution located in southeastern Massachusetts, Boston Metro and Rhode Island, until the bank was acquired by Eastern Bank in early 2026.

As part of this partnership, RBK executed a series of integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish. Our team facilitated extensive market research that formed the basis of insight-driven business and consumer campaigns. We created impactful, highly targeted, multichannel campaigns, with a weighted focus on digital, that included the spectrum of tactics ranging from programmatic and social to CTV and streaming audio.

Our campaigns consistently exceeded industry benchmarks across every channel, from click-through rates and cost-per-click to streaming audio completion rates above 98%. These results drove new customer acquisition from local businesses and consumers. They also contributed to a 40% increase in CD daily balances during campaign periods, boosted brand awareness and helped the bank reach its financial goals. We also produced ongoing marketing assets that supported customer retention and strengthened existing client relationships.
